Our primary goal is to make sure every customer has a great experience with Baby Essentials, because we wouldn’t be here without you. If you’re looking to return your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer refunds on all new and unused merchandise within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a refund, less a $8.95 shipping label fee, to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

Customers have 30 days (from when they receive their order) to initiate a return through babyessentialsco.com via emailing info@babyessentialsco.com .A refund will only be issued for unwashed & unworn merchandise.  Please keep in mind the tags must also be intact for apparel and boxes must be unopened for gift sets and bedding bundles. We will only accept returns or exchanges for items in new condition. If any merchandise is not returned in the specified condition, the refund will be forfeited.

  1. Please contact us to request the return. Please include item details and reason for the return.
  2. Once your return request is approved, you will receive (via email) a prepaid UPS shipping label for your convenience, please ship the items, in new condition, within 10 days.
  3. Please include a note in the return package with your order number and name in which it was ordered with.
  4. Please note that the cost of this $8.95 discounted shipping label will be deducted from your refund.


Please allow up to 5 business days for us to process your return once received in our distribution center. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
